2025 ASSESSMENTS:
Assessments are $720.00 per Quarter. Assessments are billed in January, April, July and October, and due 1st of each Quarter month. Payments not received by the 15th of each Quarter month are subject to a late fee of $72.00.
Board Meetings are held Quarterly and are open to all members. Agenda is posted at the Entry Gate to the community.

Meeting Minutes
Copies of Minutes of the Board of Directors meetings or Annual Reports may be obtained from Ralston Management by submitting a written request along with $10.00 each to cover printing and handling.
